The actual falling in a trust fall is easy, it's embracing the concept of trust in it's bare essence. After the trust falls, one has a whole new understanding of what trust really means.
Tust falls - bring a group to a "forced trust" experience. When I facilitate "forced trust" initiatives the tranfer piece is how can we trust without a forced procedure. Opening the group to dialog about a trust culture within formed teams.

Let's begin a discussion on how people in Upstate New York are using Adventure in their lives and jobs. Before I retired from teaching in the inner city of Syracuse I used Adventure Activities in my classroom for the first 2 weeks of school, exclusively, to build community. I was able to make up the time with more productivity once we really began our science curriculum. The time investment was time well spent in developing relationships. I took advantage of the good weather to get outside and "play" with my middle schoolers. WE all had a chance to get to know each other and see a different side of each other than normally seen in the classroom. It was remarkable how the kids responded. What's going on in your world of adventure?
I am a former urban middle school teacher who taught in the Syracuse City Schools for 34 years. I now own and run my own business called TEAM Adventure. I also am the director of a nonprofit leadership and team building center called The Adventure Center. My work centers around helping groups of people to become better individuals and teams through Adventure programs.
